The Need-to-Know Before You Go

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE: The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES: Gates usually open 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your ticket confirmation for exact door time. We encourage you to come as early as possible, to avoid sitting in traffic and be on time for the music.

PARKING LOTS: Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS: Wiggins Circle (end of Martin Luther King Boulevard) and the corner of Clinton and 3rd Street. Both drop-off points are a short half-block walk to the venue. Taxis are usually available at the Walter Rand Transportation Center.

WHEN YOU GET HERE: You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY: We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). BOX OFFICE Open Fridays from 10am to 3pm. On show days, our box office opens 60 minutes prior to door time.

THE MERCH: Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the Walt Whitman & Ben Franklin lobbies & plazas. For some events, you’ll find booths available before the show outside of the Walt Whitman entrance.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS: Our concessionaire offers free fountain sodas to fans who commit to being the designated drivers for their parties. Visit the designated driver booth in the Walt Whitman Lobby.

RECYCLING: You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING: Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
